I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Plant-Based Personal Chef, and Quantum Mind-Body Therapist passionate about helping you reclaim your vitality—naturally.
My own healing journey began in 2010, when I transformed my life through yoga, plant-based nutrition, and detox practices. Years later, advanced training from the Health Mastery Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition deepened my understanding of holistic healing and whole-food medicine.
Today, I offer 1:1 coaching, wellness programs, retreats, and quantum healing sessions—supporting clients in boosting energy, releasing limiting beliefs, and stepping into their most vibrant, empowered selves.

I used to struggle with numerous health challenges—chronic sinusitis, migraines, fatigue, digestive disorder, cystitis, anxiety, and more. For over 13 years, I relied on monthly antibiotics, which severely weakened my immune system and kept me trapped in a cycle I couldn’t escape. Then, in my mid-20s, I was diagnosed with early-stage knee arthritis—a turning point that made me realize I had to take control of my health and heal naturally.
Determined to find a solution, I committed fully to my natural healing journey, saying NO to medications and antibiotics and opening myself to guidance and learning. I first began practicing yoga to help with my physical symptoms, and I was fortunate to meet my amazing yoga teacher who transformed my life. Through his mentorship and consistent yoga practice, I experienced profound healing—not just in my body, but in my mind and spirit as well.
Nutrition played a key role in my transformation. My teacher emphasized in every yoga class the power of whole-food, plant-based food and recommended juice cleanses for long-term health. I took his advice to heart and followed his recommendations fully. Within a year, my health radically improved—I eliminated all medications and antibiotics, and for over a decade now, I have thrived on whole-food, plant-based nutrition.
To deepen my knowledge, I became a certified yoga teacher and later earned certifications as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and HMI Wellness School. I am also currently studying to become a Certified Quantum Mind-Body Therapist.
My transformation was possible because I chose to be coachable. I fully surrendered to my first mentor, my yoga teacher, and embraced his teachings—not just as a physical practice, but as a complete way of life. Later, I committed to the natural healing protocols of HMI Wellness, once again embracing the power of being open to learning.
Even though I thought I “knew it all” about health and wellness, I soon realized there was always more to discover. HMI Wellness helped me deepen my knowledge with science-backed whole-food nutrition and provided me with a wealth of research-based insights that further transformed my health.
I continue expanding my knowledge every single day because the world of health and wellness is constantly evolving. New scientific research and breakthroughs emerge all the time, and I stay committed to learning and integrating the latest information.
II truly believe that every successful person has had mentors and coaches to guide them along the way. That’s why I encourage my clients to trust the process, stay open, and fully embrace the guidance I offer—because transformational results happen when you're ready to let go of old beliefs and take inspired action.
