Sample Day Schedule

10 AM- 12 PM

Introduction to the basics of plant-based cuisine. Nutritional explanation and health benefits of plant-based lifestyle; pantry set-up and shopping guidelines; recommended cleansest brands for staple condiments; kitchen equipment and tools overview; key ingredients. 

12 NOON - 1:30 PM 

Fundamentals of processes, soaking, sprouting, quick pickling. Hands-on demonstration of plant-based breakfast ideas, both cooked and raw as well as savorty and sweet.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Demonstration of selected plant-based lunches, lunch bowls, salads, and dressings.

2:30 PM-4 PM

Demonstration of selected plant-based dinners and desserts.

4 PM
